Lending

  • Capital is usually invested for 6 months to 5 years with income paid quarterly by the borrower
  • You can open an account from £500
    The minimum investment per deal is usually £500
    There is no maximum investment

Borrowing

  • Our lenders lend on retail, office, industrial, leisure and residential properties
  • Loan sizes £100,000 to £2 million. We will also look at higher value loans
  • Fixed interest rates:
    No LIBOR, No Swaps
  • Interest only loans:
    No amortisation unless the risk requires it
  • Loans are for periods from 6 months to 5 years
