- Property details: Full address (including postcode), project description, planning status.
- Development overview: Size, unit breakdown (if applicable), purchase price, associated costs.
- Funding requirements: Build costs (including contingency & professional fees), loan amount required.
- Exit strategy: Sales or refinance plans, projected GDV, anticipated rental income (if retained).
- Borrower contribution: Amount & source of funds, assets & liabilities/income & expenditure statement.
