So for those in the UK, when do you think is the best time to sell a house on the market? Whether you are a buy-to-let investor or a family looking to upgrade your family home, it is important to time the sale of your house.

  • Best time for houses that have a garden as it means flowers and trees are out in full-bloom
  • Weather generally temperate allowing buyers more time to stay out house hunting
  • Summer is also the popular time for renovation works so buyers will need to have their house choice locked down in spring
