We are pleased to share news of the successful completion of the residential development scheme in Wroughton, Swindon.

The scheme has delivered four high quality detached family homes in a sought after setting, just four miles south of Swindon with strong access to the M4. Three of the four properties have now been sold, with the final home currently on the market. The homes combine generous living space with modern, energy efficient features including air source heat pumps and solar panels.

The £2.0m+ facility was structured as a staged development loan, allowing funding to be deployed in line with build progress and supporting the delivery of the scheme through to completion.
