Anyone who drives in or around London is going to be familiar with the M25. Built in 1975, it is Europe’s second largest orbital road stretching in at 188km. With it encircling most of Greater London, how are house prices in the towns along it being affected?
An article by the Telegraph shows us just how prices have risen in towns bordering the M25. Many of the towns that show higher than average prices have a number of things in common; easy access to the M25, quick transport links to Central London, well rated schools and an abundance of green spaces nearby.
