We are delighted to announce the introduction of an automated secondary marketplace function on our website. You will now be able to buy and sell Loan Parts on our Resale Marketplace.

With the introduction of the Resale Marketplace, our objective is to provide our lenders with greater liquidity (as you can exit a loan early) and diversification (buying Loan Parts you may otherwise have missed).

This also brings in another requested feature where you will be able to view all your existing Loan Parts on your Lender Dashboard under the tab 'My Loan Parts'.

Features of our Resale Marketplace

1. All the loan parts are sold at par
2. We don’t charge any fee for each transaction
3. It is only applicable for interest-only loans.

If you are looking for liquidity, you may offer your Loan Part for sale on the Resale Marketplace and withdraw the cash (only if someone buys it of course).

If you missed the opportunity to participate in a previous loan, you can now buy existing Loan Parts that others may be selling, allowing you to further diversify.
