Is Relendex regulated?
Yes, Relendex Limited is fully-authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and entered on the Financial Services Register - FRN 723117 for Peer to Peer lenders. Relendex also has ISA Manager status granted by HMRC, which enables it to offer UK taxpayers an Innovative Finance ISA.
What information is provided about each loan?
Detailed information is provided on every loan. Particulars include: the property name, risk rating, loan amount, term, Loan to Value ratio, average interest rate, and other salient details.
How does the security work?
The Security Trustees take security on behalf of the Lender group. This could be a First Charge (mortgage) for senior loans, or a Second Charge in the case of mezzanine loans, over the property asset.
